Data & privacy
Clear memory#
WingHUD remembers things you tell it about yourself and your games so advice fits you; it doesn't keep health, body or other sensitive details. Settings → Data & privacy → "Clear memory" makes it forget all of that — it starts learning again as you keep chatting. This is separate from deleting a game's chat history (Settings → Games), which removes the actual saved conversations rather than just what was learned from them.
Steam match data#
If you've connected Steam (currently used for Dota 2 role syncing), Settings → Data & privacy shows it here with a "Disconnect & delete" button — this both disconnects your Steam account and deletes the match data WingHUD had synced from it. If you've never connected Steam, this row just says so.
Hardware profile#
Hardware profile shows the summary saved from your last Hardware Advisor scan (your graphics card, processor, RAM and the scan date), which WingHUD uses to fit answers to your PC. "Re-scan now" runs a fresh scan and replaces it. "Delete" removes it from your account and this PC, and the widget goes back to "Scan My PC".
Export what WingHUD knows about you#
Settings → Data & privacy → "Contact Support" under "Export what WingHUD knows about you" opens WingHUD's in-app support form, preselected for a data request, so you can ask for a copy of what's stored about your account.
Delete account#
You can delete your account yourself from Settings → Data & privacy → "Delete account". This permanently removes your account and everything associated with it — it can't be undone, and WingHUD asks you to confirm before going through with it.
Deleting your account cannot be undone. There's no recovery step afterward.
