Installed-games detection
What it scans#
Once a day, WingHUD checks your game launchers — Steam, Epic, GOG, Battle.net, Riot, EA, Ubisoft, and Xbox — for a list of installed games. It only reads what each launcher already knows about; it doesn't launch, install, or change anything.
What it's used for#
Your installed games help WingHUD give more relevant answers to general questions — suggesting what to play next, or tailoring hardware advice to games you actually own. It's part of the context WingHUD already has about you, not a separate feature you have to turn on for each question.
Turning it off#
Turn "Detect installed games" off in Settings → Games at any time — WingHUD simply stops scanning and stops using that context in your answers.
