Tray icon and the toggle hotkey

The tray icon#

WingHUD lives in your system tray, not your taskbar — closing the Hub or hiding the overlay doesn't quit it, it just goes back to the tray. Left-click the tray icon to show or hide the overlay, the same as pressing Ctrl+Tab (default — change it in Settings → Hotkeys).

Right-click menu#

Right-click the tray icon for Show/Hide WingHUD, Open WingHUD Hub, Log Out, and Exit. Exit is the only one that actually quits the app — everything else just changes what's currently visible.

The toggle hotkey#

Ctrl+Tab shows or hides the overlay from anywhere, including inside a full-screen or borderless game — you don't need WingHUD focused for it to work. Change it any time in Settings → Hotkeys.
