2.18.3 — Steam sync overhaul & Dota 2 starter chips

- New Dota 2 chats open with quick-start chips, including a 90-second tutorial that plays inside WingHUD.

- Steam sync is faster and more reliable, and no longer gets stuck after syncing.
- Videos in the YouTube widget open to the right clip.
2.18.2 — Steam sync fix

- Steam sync could fail on some machines; it now completes.
2.18.1 — Smoother first session on Dota 2

- Dota 2 setup now works on every drive configuration.
- The draft widget works for brand-new accounts that haven’t synced Steam yet.
